Return & Refund Policy

1. General

Due to the nature of our products, including bulk mulch, woodchips, soil and other landscaping materials, we generally do not accept returns once products have been delivered.

Customers should carefully check their product selection, quantity and delivery details before placing an order.

2. Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order.

A cancellation may be accepted where the order has not yet been prepared, loaded or dispatched.

Once an order has been prepared, loaded or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and reasonable costs already incurred may apply, where permitted by law.

3. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

Customers should inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If you receive an incorrect product, the wrong quantity, or a product that has been damaged during delivery, please contact Southern Landscape Supplies as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, please provide photographs and details of the issue so we can assess the circumstances and determine an appropriate remedy.

4. Product Quality

Natural landscaping products can vary in colour, texture, moisture content, particle size and composition.

These natural variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Where a product is genuinely faulty, incorrectly supplied or does not meet the applicable product description or required standard, we will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law.

5. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed using the original payment method.

The timing of the refund may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

6. Change of Mind

We are not generally able to accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases after bulk landscaping materials have been delivered or collected.
